At Ovlem, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you're not happy with the result, we offer a retesting and tattoo application policy.
1. General Conditions
We know that some clients can get carried away with the excitement of getting a tattoo. We completely understand; it happens.
For situations where the tattoo didn't turn out as expected or wasn't applied perfectly for various reasons, we offer a redesign option. You'll receive a new design plus a free one, and you'll only pay for shipping. You'll also get a 50% discount code for your next purchase.
It's important to us that you feel comfortable with your tattoo experience. We'll be happy to assist you with any Ovlem product within 30 days of receipt for international customers and 10 days for customers in Peru.
