Ovlem formulas contain ingredients you may not have used on your skin before. While rare, there is a small/minuscule risk of allergic reaction upon application (or sensitization from repeated use); please note that this is similar to any new product you apply topically.
In the rare event (1 in 100) that you experience any physical discomfort or irritability as a result of our tattoos, please contact your doctor. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies, we always recommend testing one of our 5cm x 5cm tattoos on a small area of skin first.
Is Ovlem safe for children?
Our products have undergone safety testing to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements for cosmetics. 🙌 To date, we haven't had any skin reactions, and our customers have been of all ages. 😎
However, we recommend caution when using these products on very sensitive skin, including young skin (e.g., toddlers and babies). As with any new topical product, there is a small risk of allergic reaction. It's very rare, but it's still good to know your child's skin type.
We recommend that all our customers (especially if they have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies) perform a small test on an area of skin using one of our 5cm x 5cm tattoos.
Can I get a permanent tattoo over Ovlem?
Some customers often ask us those questions.
That said, we do not recommend using Ovlem tattoos as a template for getting a permanent tattoo. Real tattoos are done with different brands of ink (each with different components and compounds), and we do not recommend mixing them.
To ensure the safety of your skin, wait until Ovlem tattoos have completely faded before getting a permanent tattoo.
Is it safe to use Ovlem during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We always recommend consulting your doctor before using it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding . There shouldn't be any problems, as it's an external application.
What happens if I have a reaction to the ink?

If you experience any skin irritation after using our product, we strongly recommend that you contact your doctor. Rest assured, though, it's nothing serious. 😉
